The event sponsored by Avoca Museum and The Lynch Station Ruritan Club, will feature beer tastings from six craft breweries, including Sunken City, Starr Hill, Legend, Roanoke Railhouse, Bold Rock and Natty Greene’s. There will be wine available for purchase from Tomahawk Mill Winery. The event also includes music from two live bands, The Coalition from noon to 3 p.m. and DiamondBack from 3 to 6 p.m., craft and merchandise vendors and food concessions.
Tasting tickets will be $15 in advance and $18 at the door and include 6 coupons for tasting. General admission (non-tasting) is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children ages 5 and younger. Advance tickets will be available for purchase at Miller’s Jewelry in Altavista, at Avoca Museum and through the Lynch Station Ruritan Club. Lawn chairs welcome.
