National College’s Lynchburg Campus to Hold Medical Job Fair & Health Expo Event is free and open to the public
LYNCHBURG – The Lynchburg Campus of National College (www.national-college.edu; 434-239-3500), located at 104 Candlewood Court, will host a Medical Job Fair and Health & Wellness Expo on Thursday, July 19th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Activities, music, and refreshments will be provided by the Student Activities Council.
Participating employers will include Centra Health Congregational Health Program, Centra Health Cardiovascular, Gastroenterology Associates, Virginia Employment Agency, Weight Watchers, Team Nurse, Central Virginia Chiropractic, and many more. Centra Health representatives and National College Medical Assistants will also be on hand to offer free medical screenings and provide health-related information.
“This event serves a dual purpose: to offer networking opportunities for health care job-seekers and to promote a healthy work force and environment through the Shape up for Success initiative,” says Campus Director Bill Baker.
