The 62nd annual Uncle Billy's Day festival is sponsored by the Altavista Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Altavista. Crafters, food vendors, live entertainment, children's activities... something for everyone. The festival draws to an end with an incredible fireworks display on Saturday night.
