Avoca Museum, 1514 Main St., Altavista, will hold its annual Mother’s Day Tea from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 8. The event includes light refreshments and self-guided tours of the house, and Avoca’s Victorian Garden and Arboretum. All mothers are admitted free.
