Learn about the basics of tax planning, whether you're a new or existing business owner. Attend this seminar to help prepare your 2010 business tax returns and learn tax planning tips to help reduce yor tax burden in 2010 and 2011. Also learn about recent changes in small business tax law. The seminar will be conducted by Coley, Eubank & Company, P.C., CPAs.
